When and where is Generation Beauty NYC?
The event will take place September 23-24th, 2017 at Javits Center, Hall 1C, New York, New York. Event hours are Saturday 11AM-5PM and Sunday 11AM-3PM. Early Access ticket holders can enter one hour prior to the general admission start time each day.
Who can attend Generation Beauty?
The event is open to all beauty lovers of any age. All attendees over the age of 3 must have a ticket. Any attendee under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes admission to both days of the event and a goodie bag full of awesome beauty products! We highly encourage you to come both days and we recommend prioritizing your favorite brands while at the event, as experiencing each brand booth or receiving product from every brand is not guaranteed.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets, including add-ons, are non-refundable. Generation Beauty can not verify or take responsibility for tickets bought through a third party re-sale.
Are tickets transferable?
If you are unable to attend, you can sell or give your ticket(s) to someone else. You can contact Tixr support via tixr.desk.com to have the name changed on your ticket if you are the original ticket purchaser. Last minute name changes 72 hours before the event can not be guaranteed by Tixr.
Please keep in mind that complimentary tickets are not transferable.
How do I get a complimentary ticket?

The event schedule will be available as we get closer to the event.
Will brands offer product for sale during the event?
Some brands may offer products for sale at the event. We recommend bringing both cash and a debit/credit card in case you see anything you’d like to buy, as payment methods may vary from brand to brand.
Is Generation Beauty NYC handicap accessible?
During the operating hours of Generation Beauty there will be accessible entrances and limited seating to ADA standards. If you require additional assistance, please let us know before the event by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or during the event in person at the event at Guest Services.
Do I have to register my ticket at the event? Is online registration available?
All tickets must be registered at the event. You can not pre-register online. Registration includes your badge, map and redemption tickets and the process only needs to be completed once before you enter the event. Badges and redemption tickets are not replaceable for any reason, and must be brought in and out of the venue with you on both days for re-admission.
What do I need for registration?
Please bring your printed ticket(s) and a form of photo ID to ensure registration goes smoothly. If you can not print your ticket(s), the digital form on your phone will be accepted as long as your phone screen is not cracked.
Can someone register for me/can I register for someone else?
Tickets may only be registered by the ticket holder whose name appears on the ticket. If you believe you have a special circumstance which makes this impossible, please email email@example.com prior to the event weekend.
Will there be a bag or coat check?
There will not be a bag or coat check.
